Molly Ishkanian

President & co-owner


Bio

Molly Ishkanian thrives on creative collaboration, helping to uncover stories that boost reputations, achieve business goals and spotlight individuals who are powering positive change. Her rich agency experience extends to persuasive messaging, thought leadership, crisis communication and strategic partnerships.

Formerly PR director of R\West for 10 years before starting her own Noteworthy PR practice, Molly joined Weinstein PR as an independent consultant in 2019, and assumed ownership of the agency in the summer of 2021. She has served as an adjunct instructor in public relations at the Art Institute of Portland, and is on the marketing board of SMART.

Jared Ishkanian is a strategic and driven communicator with hands-on experience leading public relations across a variety of sectors, including health care, environmental, travel and tourism, the outdoor industry and public policy. Key focus areas include media relations and acting as company spokesperson, executive positioning, sales communications, brand journalism and community relations.

His work includes video projects for Intel, Oregon Lottery, FLIR, Bonne Maman, DeMarini, Google and eBay. Casey is a true producer/D.P. combo who can run point on all aspects of video production, from conception all the way through the finishing touches in post-production.

Lee Weinstein

Lee Weinstein is one of Oregon’s most experienced and creative public relations professionals in global brand PR; employee, political and education communications; public affairs; and issues and crisis management. He founded Weinstein PR in 2007 after a 15-year career directing communications for NIKE, Inc.

A fifth-generation Oregonian, Lee passionately advocates for transparent, forward-thinking communications, fueled by his work in the political arena and as director of communications and marketing for Project Open Hand, which provides meals with love to critically ill neighbors and seniors.

Lee served on the Board of Trustees of the Maryhill Museum of Art, the Oregon Cultural Trust and was vice chair of Oregon 150, which planned Oregon’s sesquicentennial celebration. He is the founder of Our Children’s Store, a seasonal nonprofit gift shop that raised more than $2.5 million for children in crisis in Portland. He is past president of PR Boutiques International, a global network of more than 40 independent public relations firms, and currently serves on the boards of Oregon Public Broadcasting and QLife, which is working to expand access to broadband in rural Wasco County. He is the author of “Write, Open, Act: An Intentional Life Planning Workbook.”
