Clean Water Services is more than a public utility that provides water and sewer services. Its mission includes protecting the Tualatin Valley Watershed for future generations, even as the local population grows. These efforts have prompted CWS to initiate several restoration and conservation projects under its brand umbrella. To synthesize its brand and create cohesion among offshoots, it needed a fresh start. After interviewing a number of CWS leaders and stakeholders on the desired aesthetic and messaging for the brand, we were able to create a brand guide and website design that clearly communicates the organization’s mission, and gives guidance to those who use it.
